In Memory of Stephen Huneck
It is with deep sadness that we mourn the loss of Vermont artist Stephen Huneck. Three years ago Stephen donated his talent to us by designing the Chase Away K9 Cancer artwork which has become synonymous with the campaign. He did so in response to Cera's simple request of a donation for an auction, and he never asked us for anything in return.
We have lost a dear friend and the world has lost a great artist who brought joy to so many and whose love for animals knew no bounds. His whimsical style never ceased to make people smile and we encourage everyone to help his talent live on by purchasing some of his artwork at http://www.dogmt.com/index.php.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Gwen, and the staff at Dog Mountain. Rest in Peace, Stephen. We will miss you.
